I'm willing to be a part of the org team, but I have to tell you that my knowledge of GB is from Collingwood to about Midland. Exploring a lot more though now that we've got the new boat!

Some cold winter day in Feb or March latest when I am stuck here in Ontario and not in FL, I will start a new thread just devoted to a Georgian Bay trip we will host. I have lots of ideas on how we can make this real interesting for you all. It will be a trip you will not soon forget. Looking forward to it. We will pick a date that does not conflict with any events going on here or in MI.:D

Great pics that really do capture the beauty of Huron / Geo Bay / North Channel, 25 H. I did not realise you went over to Makinac Island as well. Our Michigan friends would feel right at home there! LOL :D

Would you and some of your friends come back and join us if we put a run a run together next summer ? :D

how was the pool this year? we started back there but it looked very weedy and did not go all the way back in. had not been there in 7 years??? maybe and did not know if the water levels had changed. last time we were there before this past trip we saw mrs evenrude arriving at her place on the big boat, pretty cool.

wow next summer is looking good, I will make sure to save plenty of vacation. Hopefully JB will have us again as a card boat next year for Boyne Thunder. Bob have you been up to that area before, it is beautiful.

The planning right now for `08 is Long Island Sound ......but we never know :confused: .... after i watch again the picture my heart said to me go back the North Channel :D

In `05 at the far end of the Pool ....it was weedy to .....but the scenery was incredible :D
