007joe, sorry we didn't pull up to the island yesterday. I had the wife and baby with mine and it was high tide, then I had a little trouble setting the anchor by myself so we just went for a cruise.

Hey Panther we (family & I) are planning to make the trip on Sat to the beach where we met you last time and then stay overnight at your marina.

I broke a transom plate and the shop is making the repair this week, they are telling me that it will be ready by Friday. That was fun when that happened on Sunday with the family & my parents on the boat.

That works out great, we also plan on getting back for a BBQ at 4:00 on Sunday. I will keep you posted as I find out how the progress is going on the repair. Keep the hurricanes away for this weekend....

If things are looking good on the transom stuff, try and call Maureen ahead of time to reserve a transient slip. They can usually make something work but it's best to call ahead, especially being a holiday weekend.

Going to Trumps this Friday, if anyone from NY or any of the NJ inlets want to run down or meet up, post or PM and we could work out the details.
