Ok we are all set for the stay at your marina, Maureen was great help. She is putting me at the work dock for the night and she said you would be able to show me where when get back on Sat afternoon.

I assume we will be meeting up at the beach like last time, we are planning on leaving around 9:30 and will make a fuel stop so that would put us there around noon time.

I will touch base with you on Friday.

Ditto.... thanks for setting up the accommodations, it was a smooth ride across & little snotty from the Verrazano to the GW and then good for the rest of the way home. We only wish it was the beginning of the summer not the end.

Did you make the run to Long Island on Monday?

We never made it to Long Island, we wound up going to NYC/Liberty Landing.

When came around the hook and headed east, it was like victory at sea with some choppy 6' waves and winds out of the east.

We came off-plane and nearly took a wave over the bow while we waited for the group. Turned around and ran up to NYC, it was a little bumpy heading up but not too bad!

My sister took some pictures and from what we looked at on the camera it looks like there might be some good ones on the run across. I also have a short video of the ride home and I'll post the video once I get it uploaded.
