The Bay was a blast! I swapped the 5 blade 33's for a set of 34 B-1's. The cav problem went away. Need taller props but still made a few 100+mph passes up on the rev limiters. Also put in the lighter advance springs and the spitting problem went away. Come to think of it the looseness up at speed wasn't there either. Valve cover breathers are spraying out oil all over the place making a mess but no mechanical problems!

Going out on the river on Sunday for sure, possibly Sat too not sure. Anyone going to be out? I know Mark is busy on Sat.

Going down to the bay again on the 14th for the fun run. Want to get some pics from the chopper of the boat at speed. Who's all in for any of this?

Yea, just drained the oil and removed the top cap. Couldn't get the top gear out but alot of metal. I figure it's the upper gears. I bought these drives used and the other one needed uppers before we used it. Luckily Kurt had a used set on the shelf. I wonder if he has another set? I'm taking it up tomorrow morning. Hope he can get it back together for the weekend?

Default Are there fireworks this weekend

Are the fireworks in burlinton this weekend. I heard they might be canceled. My name is Dave, I have the 30 cig you may have seen around and also a 38 ocean yacht. I usally hang at the island because my kids like it alot there. Work is crazy this week and looks like the weekend too. I was really looking forward to the burlington fireworks with my family. Anyone have info on the fireworks.

Dave,

Juice told me a few weeks ago that fireworks were canceled this year, but will be back next year.

we're headed down the bay again this weekend.
