In other words, Pantera, in Ch11, is the absolutely safest place to buy a boat today !!
I'm kicking myself for this, but I actually understand what you're saying.

For those that hate my lengthy posts:
You're just saying Pantera can't screw people while under Court control.

You're drumming up support for some business, saying that unlike before this filing, the Court would make sure the "buyer" actually got the product. I don't think I'm reading much into this, by thinking that they would actually have to buy the rigging and motors, and finish the boat. Thereby, perhaps enough profit would be realized to complete and deliver Scott's boat and Berk's boat, maybe even pay the rent.

I'm not sure what the status is of those boats, whether they have engines or not. But I would think you'd need at least 2 new boats, possibly more, to pay off existing debt, while funding the previous two boat's completions. Chapter 11 might allow this sort of "restructuring, provided you have buyers. Not really a restructuring, in the traditional meaning of the word.

Why not setup a web site called SavePanteraBoats.com.

Berk and anyone else who did not get boats should have there attorneys 10-99 Pantera for the amount of the deposit. One could argue that because no product was delivered the deposit was income for Pantera boats.

Why would they want to pay off any debt.

History has proven they don't give a chit about their customers or even their own reputation.
They are on the right track for themselves.
No debt, and both hulls to sell to someone else.

Now all they have to do is sell something.

So what if they did. If you guys that are downing Pantera for everything they did wrong would you like things being said about you or your business if you could even have enough since to start one. There are two sides to every story. If anyone has a problem with Jo or Pepe then go get the sheriff and visit with them. Sure almost anyone is welcome there. BE A MAN IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SOMEONE AND TALK TO THEM IN A PROFESIONAL WAY. Just remember what goes around will come around to those that keep there **** up about Pantera.

I think they have two "hulls". I think there was one that was to be finished before Berk's, immediately after Mark's. Presumably, they both paid in full?

You might be right about them, given the unpaid judgments dating back several years. There may be two sides to every story, but there seem to be lots of real judgments handed down, and unpaid. This could be another one, or even two. Is Scott screwed now too?

It seems to me like a company now has supporters threatening them to STFU or else, while they are screwing at least one, and probably two customers. It was more civil when Blackjack stated that someone could be very secure in ordering a Pantera now, since the Court was overseeing them.

I'm sure the honest boatbuilders out there are real proud.

Sure does have a nice ring to it. Maybe i will have one soon or not But I dont think a single soul in this website or anywhere for would like someone stirring up things about them. Im very sorry to hear of the boat that was never delivered but thats not my business or anyone else. Let Jo and Pepe deal with there own business. Times are tough for alot of people in this world so please stop adding fuel to a fire that should have never been started. And anyone who wants to dig on me in here go ahead. No one in this website is god so stop all judgements
