I help chapter 11's compy with monthly operating reports. I also do tax compliance for chapter 11 and 7's. I work on individuals and businesses. With that being said I disagree. There is nothing to stop this company from converting to chapter 7 if they want and there are no reporting requirements that I know of that will force them to complete a job. IMO this family knows very well the ins and outs of bankruptcy and unfortunately has taken advantage of them.

i have heard nothing but great things about pantera for as long as I can remember and now all of the sudden a few people want to kick them while they are down. Great things about the boat's construction perhaps, but not the family "business". All I have EVER heard was horrible things about the "business" and people trying to get their boat from the factory.....right here on OSO. Of course it's normal to have bad events get more threads/exposure than good events. Did Pantera ever deliver a boat done early? Let's hear about that! LOL

Can you imagine starting this adventure WITH a boat as a trade in and giving it to them with a promise for a May delivery and missing a whole season.
