"It is too bad the financial side of the company was not run as well as the boats were constructed. The boats are some of the best products on the water. I hope someone is able to at least bring the product back, if not the company. Very sad times."

Y'all should realize that any new boats bought - is under control of court, so any delays or non purchase of equipment for those orders would be dealt with harshly by court...
In other words, Pantera, in Ch11, is the absolutely safest place to buy a boat today !!

When a company is operating in ch11 any new $$$ are under strict reporting and if $$$ was not used for what it was received for then "poof" the operation would be shut down 123.
.... or if there was cash flow, which pantera obviously does not have with all these bs threads; a supposed expert would come to manage these $$$. So thats why a ch11 company is a safe place to purchase.

so if you give company A , $ 20 k and there under ch11 and they put the money in there pocket knowing there going out of biz, how would you or the court's get that money back ?
