First I took my little Ryobi electric saw. Cut cross patterns in the glass and through most of the wood making sure it could not hit the hull glass.
Used a prybar and hammer after that and that got most of it. Used a grinder to cut the edges of the glass. Hard to get to areas I used a vibracutter. On the stringers I used a sawzaw. About 80 percent of it went very fast. The edges along the bottom took a while and a ton of effort. But got through it after many itchy days.

Dropped her off yesterday at the glass shop. Will go over Monday to get the quote and plan to get her going again.

Cut out the gauge cutouts. Started mocking up card board templates on how I’m going to do the panel.

For the transom, every outerlimits since mid 2004 has a Penske/coosa style transom layup. Don’t overtorque the hardware by a ton and it will be fine. My boat has over 400 hours in the north east, not sure it’s ever been on a lake and 0 sign of issue or compression.

New Penske board transom installed along with the braces needed for the outboards.

they will fill and gel coat next. Should be picking her up next week.

will keep working on the electrical until the bracket is ready. I drive to Miami to pick up bracket the second weekend in January. Should be getting engines mounted on by the end of January.

Things are moving slow but moving along. Decided to rip out all the existing wire and terminal blocks. Going to rewire the entire boat accept for the cabin.

I decided to go with twin 300s instead of the trips for now. Might stick a 3rd in the future or get bigger motors. I picked these up for cheap and starting to get them prepped. Need to sand and paint cowls.

bracket should be completed next weekend so will pick that up and get it put on.
