Looking real good Heath! I forget what your feelings are for paint? Are you going back retro? I kinda hope so!

Thanks, Planning on a Miami Vice tribute. Go back to page 43 and 48. I know this thread is super long. I plan on the tv boat style fade on the sides...

Went ahead and let the hatches get in on some of the fun. The inside of the port hatch is a little gappy and will need some attention. They’re pretty tight everywhere else. Also the port hatch has been re-geled at some point and has about 3X the cracks as the starbd side...

Should have the hatches primed tomorrow. I’m having to straighten out some rough areas from the factory as well as repair cracks etc.
check out where somebody went crazy with the jigsaw cutting out the air intake and cut through the hatch 😆. Must have been beer thirty on a Friday.

Urethane primer on the hatches. Broke my air file today so I was not able to finish the transom for primer.

Love it. We need to get a bunch of 80s old school offshore boats together in Miami.
