So mechanic came out found wire melted to a riser it was a power wiser. But i also found the slave solenoid not hooked up and banging around. Either way one of those wires caused the fuseable link...

No. Not sure if it was an option all along or not, they made these from like 95-2006 or something, most of the newer ones did, but pre 2000 it was spotty, think people got wise after a while.
