Norcold refrigerator removal

It could be the drain plug. Maby not the plug but the fitting screwed into the transom for the plug. Dry the transom and see if the water leaks out around the plug...

Not saying bad , but the 496 is designed to use 87 octane. I have owned 3 496's all were. Sent back for the reflash which cleared up most of the soot issue.
