i put the good felpro head gaskets on and just upgraded the the cams to the crane 741 , motors onl;y have about 130hrs on them

They run great, but i did change the head gaskets, i put 420 mega blowers on them. the head gaskets were my fault i had to much timeing and boost the first time out. live and learn --right. but...

I payed $6000 for a pair of 2000 hp500 efi long blocks with 100hrs on them . just an example , hope this helps

i personaly saw the differance on my buddys boat (mv35) his 35 ft fountain runs 104mph and he cut off the difusser ring and the boat ran 109.9 on radar . i never thought it would make a differance...

im running twin hp500 efi long blocks with 420 mega blowers and nickerson/holley 750s with 5 lbs boost, it is very dependable and reliable at 5lbs . when i first put it together last...

thanks bob, best speed i saw was 76 mph but that was before i fixed head gaskets on port motor now both motors run great but trans is starting to slip so i cant finish prop testing till spring i have...
