I just requested the statements from the bank for the 7/2004 I should have it thursday since it's online. Fedex does not keep records that far back. Did you by chance keep the tracking...

I have a Carb shop on both my sons truck and two of the last cruiser motors that I've done. Lots of miles and hours on all three. Perfect is all I can say.
There shop is local and a well known...

You just cant beat Bob Madera at Marine kinetics for cams.. He will take all your specs. and grind a cam just for your eng/boat combo that works!!!!!!!!!!!
Not to mention he's just a fantastic...

Working with bob aka: rmbuilder, I changed out the oil pump to reduce oil pressure to 55 lbs and put in a new stock iron dist. gear. Ran it on the stand for 10 minutes and same wear was showing up....

My first thought was that my cam had some how gotten a billit core. But the cam people asure me its a cast iron cam and gear. Sooooo
OIl pressure was check with mech. guage 65 lbs

Unhappy Dist. gear failure????????

Just rebuilt a 454 mark lV. At the 7 hour mark the dist. gear failed.
Mark IV 454
hv oil pump 65 lbs.
Stock flat tappet lifters
Stock heads
The dist. gear was new and the motor ran Perfect!!!...

The sea pump bracket will need a bushing in one hole to use the smaller bolt. This you can buy at h depot or true value hardware. Power steering pump/alt....
