don't think I'll need whipples, remember my motors are stock tired 500's not freshly worked 500's with higher comp., worked heads, and cam. Or maybe I just can't drive the boat yet second time out ...

Steve do you have a picture of the wind deflectors on the boat? I took my boat out for the first time this weekend and my wife was not to happy with the wind blast.

a quick easy test crack your engine hatch while you are running at a steady rpm if you pick up rpm you do not have enough air to the motors if no change in rpm you are probably ok.
