I know there are alot of variables, but if the beak hangs over the front of the slip could you get it in a 32...

Just a long shot, but mine has done that and it turned out my boat batteries were low. After we used the boat and everything was charged it stopped.

Just be glad your Chap doesn't have the Yamaha I/O. Our trim pump is shot and little things keep going wrong. I wish I new what I could swap out with merc parts.

To cover the 6x9 holes use the 2 speaker spacer from WandW. They are 15 inches wide. I like them because the speakers angle away from each other spreading the sound out.

My seapump was moving axially enough that the belt jumped off (496ho). The bearings get worn out. I think mine happened around 350 hours.

I had this issue and it was fixed by unplugging and plugging back in. I thought some corrosion had occured and the reading wasnt good so the unplugging and replugging might have given a better...
