The notched transom gave it the speed. Bring them to standards, that's what Phil was attempting to do when he started vacuum bagging them. They have no produced a completed boat since 2006, of course...

I wouldnt agree with that, Being in the repair business I hear alot of stories about fishermen helping tow other boats. alot of people i know that fish will pull up their lines to help tow someone...
