Merc 502 Serpentine Belt

I have some rebuilt 502's that are now 540 (ATECO did the work)
I am eating/shredding belts every week.....I spent a lot of time and money making sure all the pulley were aligned, that helped, but...

LOL! So far so good, initial sea trials have been awesome! I also added a "cool fuel" fuel system to both motors to prevent vapor lock when hot and the Texas high summer temps make that a must do!
