My 454 was like this and everybody else's that I know of too. I replaced with a Holley and now I pump twice and it starts right up. It seems to run better too.

Got them out by putting a 2x4 on the inside and beating on them hard with a 10 lb. hammer. They were only siliconed but were really stuck - they were in the transom holes really tight. The new ones...

In trying to replace the stock exhaust tips on a Baja, I removed the screws but they won't budge. Are they glued or siliconed in? Any tricks to get them out? Thanks.
