Get a set of MB Quart 160.9 which are a true 6.5" coxial speaker. They are great speakers and really take alot of power.

I have been through 2 set's of BFG Goodrich All Terrain KO's on My 4x4 Yukon and they wear very well, 40K + miles
285 70-16. I highly recomend them.

For the 6.5's get a couple sets of MB Quart Mobil 160.19 Nautic. They are last years model and much better since this years is a new design after MB got bought out.

I would think the 525efi with it's stock compersion of 8.75:1 and Forged internals would be a good candidate for a blower.

Anybody else have any more info on other 525efi HP upgrades?

Texoma is a great lake except you can't build a boat house on the water behind your own property! To me thats the whole point of being on the lake. Granted there is a lot more room to run on that...

Yes, we boat and have a place on the lake.

Don's Port Marina is the best on the lake, not much of a night life unless you like small town honky tonks. It's one of the very few lakes in the Dallas...

Check the yellow pages in your area for a local Hydraulics warehouse that stocks something like Parker brand Hoses and get it a lot cheaper the the speed shops!

Either Hotboat or Powerboat magazine did a test on the new CMI headers for the 496 and got a decent gain. Not sure how much gain you would get with your new package but, I would think headers over...
