Coen making the mounts

Seems that I would preffer flat of palm on flat of throttle and fingers to wrap around curved side in front
|
OK, livorsi delivers the throttle as in the picture and JC thinks that the way it was delivered is correct... The throttles look totally Reversable... I still think that the fingers should have the rounded grip side and the palm should have the flat side??? I have looked at about 30 boats with livorsi throttles and about 90% have it the way I would like them??? So anyone actually have the throttles???
|
Sorry wrong picture... The picture above was what I was imagining... Look at the way they are in the boat again...

When I Ordered Mine I Had Them Put The Throttle On The Other Side So Its Closer To You And The Shifter Wont Get In The Way When Your Throttling He Has Then Backwards
|
lightspeed, thanks for the input, JC has the throttle to the inboard like yours which is ok by me, but the blue knob itself I wanted to have facing the way that yours is... The blue knob with the hump facing forward and switch inboard for thumb... They do look reversable though... By the way I see your from babylon too, Do you have a picture of your boat to post probably see it around ???

I bet it's getting exciting now! I remember the feeling when your almost on the water. Tic Toc......
|
Clock Starts ticking slowly the last few days... Rick, Bob and JCjr. along with help from John (lightspeed) and others have come together and helped JC get this boat together. I know now that JC, even though he thought he might be out of commission permanently, thought first about getting this boat completed while not even knowing if he would ever walk again and rattled out the list of things that needed to be completed to Rick and JCjr. while in the hospital the first night... so if anyone ever questions JCs dedication remember this... He thought about getting the boat out first...

John, we could have made our own "Girls Gone Wild" video. BTW. I am soooo in love with your cuz. LOL
Days like that are few and far between. We definately had a blast. Leaving you guys sucked. Wind blowing 20-30. 4-5 footers in the bay. Didn't make for a nice ride home. Went across to Patchoughe. Spent the night under my console cover in the pouring rain. Thank God for Donny Goodwin. Came by in the morning with coffee and his Gulf card to get me home. The worst night of my life. But it was definately one of the best days of my life. Something about thouse 5' 10" blondes. Gotta luv um. :) |
