A friend of mine just bought a cottage on stilts on the ICW with deap water dock for $350k there's some newer homes 2500sqf around the corner 2 min from ICW 10 min from Ocean for 450k . Two lots with mobile home next to me just sold for 58k and 85k ICW and inlet view ..
I saw the prices when I was there and was blown away . Your 600k house here is a show piece on the water in gated hood and 5000sqk to get lost in . In Lindinhurst 600k is 1000sqf on a canal and you can smell your neighbors fart ...

Joe I bet the superboat wants to come back to FL, does'nt like the snow. Funny when I picked it up from Dave it just snowed like 5 inches the night before.And the day after they got hit with a big storm like over a foot of snow.
