On the bottom of the page, click on boat covers. On the next page click on ( if your boats not listed click here). Next page click on (performance style boats) type PB. Click on your lenght 31.7 to 32.6'. Select inboard. I got the 100% polyester semi custom for $334. Free shipping and tie downs.

Pat, Keith, From what I have discovered, a labbed prop designed to carry the bow will allow you to keep your drive more level. Pushing, instead of lifting the boat. I think the right prop combined with a nose cone for my boat would be the hot ticket.

Tom I just paid 15 dollars a foot for shrink wrap that will be thrown away in 6 months,
Do you think your cover would be good for winter storage in the north east with our snow loads ?????

Gary,
I was telling you about those covers a few months back. They're fine for winter storage. And will last for years. I wonder if Tom has a picture of his on his boat he can share with us.

Rick on the average shrinking is between 10-15 $$ per foot, even if lasted 3 years I would be ahead.... Tom could you snap a few more photos of your cover, and of course your Y2K...... Thanks Gary

I bought a roll of 24' by 120' shrink wrap last week for $115. Of course, you have to have the heat gun/torch to do the job.
Most places charge $10 per foot here...
I just checked out those covers faster gave us the link to. I believe they would work if you could have a couple of poles holding it up in the cockpit area...
Faster,
Being that our boats are much narrower than the norm, do the semi custom covers fit well enough to trailer?

If Faster gives the thumbs up to trailering with one of those "semi-custom" covers, I'll be adding that to the X-mas list...

Hy Pat - sorry I couldn't respond sooner, I only check the forums late nights and early mornings these days.
Yeah, I wasn't going to mention the local prop guys, I like that bblades knows the Y2K intimately (Brett began telling me the config of the back of my hull!!) and Team Loan Shark and DPT convinced me he could help me most. I called JC today too, asking him about drive spacers, and even went and found jcaps' comments. My theory is, I know I'm gonna add weight in the cabin by finisihing the stereo install and some minor interior build, so bow lift will still be needed. So, I'm going to add the spacer and then prop accordingly, knowing I can adjust quite a bit thru props in the future. As we all know, this X and prop stuff is different for every boat/motor/drive combo, and everyone has an opinion. Me, I'm gonna simply try some and find what works best for mine, and let others know so they can use the info to help them with a starting point.
What I need now is some cool weather for speed runs - Saturday is supposed to be in the mid 80's here!!!! Guess where I'll be........
