Not with the newly modified Gregory Perf tank evacuation system.

We can get that shyte out of there in no time.

$375.00 worth that joe and jeffro saw me pump in a month ago. I just don't want it to go bad. To much a pain in the azz to put 15 gallons in my car twice a week.

Let me know when you want to do the transfer. I'll bring my bucket over to the club.

These engines have to be worth the asking price, not to mention the trailer.

I would buy a boat from them any day.

Not really. There are 2 454's in the swap shop that have been there for 2 months for 3000 and they havn't moved yet. Those turbo's have been sitting in that rotting old boat for who knows how long so they are probably junk, and they are sitting on top of iron manifolds that will never make any HP's.

Trailer is your best value and you can't even see it, unless the speedasters happen to be 3A's or 5's. Then you might have 5K worth of wholesale value in everything. It costs money to transport that crap and then take it apart.

I think 11K is all the money for it.

Isn't that also the same model boat that was selling brand new for 100K last year?? There were like 2 or 3 of them and the factry was whoring them out to try and stay in business??

Not positive that I have all of that info correct.

It would make a decent boat for someone but it is still a 2001 model boat for financing and insurance, so the clock is ticking on decent insurance pricing.

jeff1000man 11-23-2010 11:02 AM

Add engines and drives and you can have the 6 seater for a few more dollars. Oh, and it's new,

Diesel captains are not allowed to talk until they actually use a gas burning rig that makes over 400HP and burns more than the delivery gas sometime in this decade. :coolcowboy:

Thats true, but it looks like they may have addressed some of those issues with the standoff boxes shafts, and xz drives, your running stock power and hitting 100mph, for you guys that like speed, I think you would be happy with this one, those guys have poured a fortune into this boat getting it set up right, not to mention, they know what they are doing , hired the best, and had enough pull to get huge discounts on the work, of course we all would have a lot of horse trading and selling to do to snatch that one up, unless of course your Joew. and looking to turn a christmas bonus into a big fu lake conroe boat :evilb: the economy is bad, but I doubt it lasts past thanksgiving.

That power is bumping 10 years old and over 160 hours with no records of a refresh on the top end.......

Pretty boat though and if you stay out of the throttles, those valve springs and valves might last for a little while

I have read that insurance rates have come down though.

Get off OSO and go work on that bucket of yours........ I will be by later to help you if you need something.

I am not a diesel captain and there is no kettle here sir. Considering the Mares cat only went to a gas station when they delivered it and the scarab still had the same gas in it when you sold it.....................

And the Excalibre broke more engines than my scarab...........

I am inserting a kettle here for you.....

When are your engines going to be back from the builder?

wstultz 11-23-2010 11:52 AM

Special K, you better not be in town. Especially since you're on the computer and not out there ripping up the ciggy.:party-smiley-004:

When he gets back from his camping trip.... I just took them down last week. Cams just got finished yesterday. Still need new valves and springs. They will probably be ready in about 2 weeks.

I am moving from club 105 to club Milstead starting in Dec. so I can be out before the 1st of the year, so All my boats will be finished by then. Bold statement, but very possible.

Here, I am putting this in for you married guys, because for some of you, it has all ready happened, and for others, it will soon start.

The bonus will not be that good! If I had the cash I would be on that deal. That boat on Conroe would be bad azz... If I bought it, the first thing I would do is take it to Jeffperformance because apparently 160 hrs means everything is toast. Real engines never make it past 160 minutes.:party-smiley-004:

wstultz 11-24-2010 09:36 AM

Anyone going to take their buckets out over the turkey day holiday weekend??? I will be out there at least one day freezing my arse off. Could be worse, Boston Jeff called me last night and said it was 48 with a chance of sleet overnight up there.
