I can't believe they gave them a ticket for reckless speed.

I really hope someone talks him out of fighting this ticket. All he is going to do is bring unwanted attention to Poker runs which could possibly cause the banning of organized events like they did the one for make a wish foundation.

He needs to take full responsibility for his actions and thank god that him and his passengers were not killed.We all know the risks of this sport and still choose to do it.

1) it happened the day before the event....

2) That run brings in over half a million plus in charity money to the Emrald Coast area, Not counting the other revenue to the area. "And they know it"

3) It was a one boat incident, he can only blame himself

4) Our driver's meeting was 20 minutes late because of this guy. It was put on by the head marine cop
