Ok all you flag wavers, my 6.0 Powerstroke took a crap on me after 9 years. Looks like I'm forced into buying something a little sooner than I wanted to.

Got off the phone with my dealer this morning and finalized the details on a 2013 F150. Ordered a SuperCrew with a 6.5' bed, FX4 package, HID headlights, power folding and sliding towing mirrors, FX luxury package, Nav, 3:73 gears, and the max tow option.

Looking like it will be a good wait until I see it, but I'll make it I guess.

Hoping everything I'm hearing about this truck and power package is true. I need this one to last awhile.

Buck

Your are correct Juicy..Big difference between the two. Just got a fx-4 eco lwb black on black on black.. Flat black stripe, black wheels and black interior..looks sharp.

Have you driven one of the new F-150's? Nevermind the engine, but you won't believe how big a difference in comfort they are. It's crazy how smooth these new half ton pickups drive, especially vs the older HD trucks which feel like lumbering horse carriages lol.

+1........ I went from a 03 Duramax Crew that I bought new w/170K+ miles to a new F150 last year. Night and day! I loved the GMC, it was like a comfy lazyboy chair, very familiar and broken in but the new Ford is awesome. A/C seats, better interior/fit and finish. To be fair, the brakes are probably not going to go 130K miles like the D-Max and the 20 inch tires SUCK.
