The Airex R63.80 I used was brownish yellow, that was used in the Hull shell, Bulkheads and Deck, the Green color I do not know about.there is airlite and a whole host of foams it could be.

Will do, i dont seem to have my June/July yet. Thanks
Hey do you happen to have a few small pieces of A600 or any other Airex/Corecell laying around? Just a few small chunks i can check out, a few square inches is fine? Do you think the manufacturer has a sample box that can be obtained like the ones from NIDA core?

way cool Steve, i have a project i need to step it up a bit on. Thanks a bunch.
how does the use of a scored sheet as opposed to a flat/rigid sheet effect overall properties/strength? I was always under the assumption a scored sheet would be stronger because of the ability to form that little bridge at all the bonds within the scores. Is that a flawed theory?

Dave There are a couple schools of thought on that,One is you windup with a heavier structure in the end and the million razor blades of resin detract from the physicals of a dynamic core.
I have used knife double cut and triple cut core without any problems
It forms very well ,Speaking of bonding the R63.80 Airex had the highest peel strength of any core,This was one side bagged in corebond (1 MM bond line)seems to have some resin "friendly molecules" in the ester world.
