Dave my experience has been when bedding full sheets, the bleeder holes need to be @ every 3" across the panel and if using a ester resin, I would use corebond as it has a phenolic flake as a filler thus giving great shear resistance, and Bag using the 1/2" bubble pack bubbles down to allow space for extra adhesive and priming resin to migrate from the bond line to the top and the core, You want 1 MM of bondline., Priming resin is a must and is part of the corebond’s curing/bonding process , I roll it on then squeegee the excess you want a wet surface but not flooded with the resin. Do a test.

Thanks Steve, good stuff. I suppose my thoughts were based on more traditional mid range foam cores and not with a dynamic core. It makes sense to not disturb the physicals when thinking about it that way.

They were doing some bagging yours has a divinnycell cored deck,I was overseas then but that was the system they were using,I came back in 2001 for the 38 tooling and then Corecell was used. Now any sheet core "must" be bagged into place as weights and ETC will not work period.you just move the air around. Let me know what you want to do and maybe I can steer you in the right direction.

This is a good job of Core Bonding, you can see material came out of every bleeder hole in the Corecell up on the Port side
