I havnt used URC stuff yet , I'll hafta look into it. Worst thing i have with epoxy is the length of time it takes to get a full enough cure to start sanding. I have a primer that is thick like gelcoat from Adtech called Finalfair, works great but it takes a few days till its stable enough to get some paper of it. Heat helps tighten it up though, sometimes i'll toss a lamp on it.

Do you attend Ibex every year, heard they are moving it up my way?

They are going to be in Louisville Ky.

The URC was nice working material ,I would spread before going home and sand the next day.

Adtech makes a lot of good putties for use below the waterline.
