Steve, I was in Kuwait at the end of the summer and fall of 1992, right after the war. We were doing some work to help the Kuwaits reinstate their infrasturcture and were working in a yard right off 6 ring road. You are right about there not being much over there to work with, the Iraqi's even took the seats out of the soccer stadium!
Just want you to know that this thread, the Powerplay thread and one GlassDave did on a Skater makeover has actually forced me to give money to this forum. You guys can almost convince me that glass work is fun. Almost.
Thanks guys!
Dan

Dave that wide rolling platform here is the key to it: there were 4 of these wheel sets which rode on the Pipe rail. I used home depot hard rubber wheels welded to some steel angle here is a set I pulled from the scrap out back that were cut off.

Hi Steve hey did you get a chance to look into Diab's line of products and see what foam they have is comparable to the 6lb Airex that was used in the Talon race boat i have to fix? Is Airex still available? Just looking at my options. Thanks
