This picture shows a problem that I had to overcome. It worked out perfect however. The rear bulkhead was replaced two years ago. The guy that did the work installed the bulkhead but did not treat the one side The bulkhead bowed out and needed to be pulled back into place. To do this I used ratchet straps. This solved two problems. One was how to get the bulkhead back to were it belonged. The other was how to hold the stringer in place.

What a difference with just the one stringer replaced!!!! The bulkheads are stiffer then they ever have been and the new stringer seems to have stiffened the bottom nicely.

Today I got the foam around the other stringer out and then cut out the stringer. It is amazing how BAD the rot was on these things. They weigh a TON and just fall apart!!! I hope to have the new one in by the end of the weekend but realistically it will be a little longer then that as work is SUPER bussy.
