garden hose fitting in motor compartment

I have a 2000 25 outlaw ,got it mid summer last year, in motor compartment there is a garden hose fitting with check valve , need info on how it works & who made it back then, no #s or names on it

incorrect volt meter

I have a 2000 25 outlaw,volt meter use to read 12 volts ,now under 12 almost 10.5 .batterys read 13.6 to 14 on high idel,alt reads same,rear of gauge reads low.

it has 150hrs. on it from the original owner,frash water boat from georgia lakes. a lot of talk on how a baja is made recently,up here in NY near Hudson we dont get a lot time on the water .cant...
