Post 19 is correct. Livorsi is also working on a fix that would go in-line on the tach signal wire. Hope fully we will have something in the next couple of months.

The numbers should be on the cable jacket. Depending on the manufacturer they are in inches or feet. If there not there you need to measure.

Thunderstruck is exacly correct. It is a loose wire to the negative side of the Coil ground or bad/ loose spark plug wires. Also check the ground on the coil. It gets its ground from a bracket...

This one is not a magnification and will only see what the naked eye sees during the day. There are however lenses that will allow you to see further out but of course are more money.

Yes you can eliminate the antenna and hook directly to a NMEA0183 device. Set the baud rate at 4800 and the antenna to 0183. And yes the recall will still work.

Check out the new Garmin 740 touchscreen GPS.

It is a 7 inch screen and is very compact. 4 or 5 inch screens are too small to view when running at moderate speeds.
