You want to go with a 3500psi(5.5sac)mix. Grade should be 4"-5" this is plenty for your application. Because you have freeze thaw I would recommend that they use crushed limestone....

If it is a coupler and I know they are on borrowed time anyway, I will run them till they spin. I have a back up motor so worst case is a long idle back to the dock:D
