You really don't need or IMO, want those type of bearing buddies when using the easy lube spindles. Just a dust cap with rubber plugs. You want easy access to the grease zerks.

Pressure coming in from a garden hose is irrelvant. Its needs to be run on the lake at speed.

My CMI tails are dry all the way through the transom and are just cut off with no separate water dumps. The water dumps out directly from the water jacket.
