Did the storage place just jack up your rates and start charging you guys tax? Can you charge tax on a storage building? I don’t mind the increase because I had a great rate to begin with but with the tax, I now have to get the damn calculator out to remember how much I owe them. i think it is listed in mercuiser manual as the single largest cause of engine failure, right behind the caption about watching your guages when operating your boat, and the one about the break in period on new motors before you make three runs in a row....
