Pulled into the neighborhood and it looked like a scene from COPS. There are 5 constable cars, animal control and 15 neighbors looking on. Yellow tape around the property. Neighbors said the meat wagon left about an hour ago. They don't know what happened yet, but they think he left DOA. Very sad. They were loading up the dog when I came home.
