Happy New Year! In honor of the family men we have all become, lets all meet up at the Houston Boat show, and buy a pontoon! :evilb:

wstultz 01-01-2012 06:15 PM

Sounds like a plan to me. Are you in Houston? We can fool our wives into a slow pontoon until they see the four 350s hanging off the back.

Not in houston, but houston boat show sounds like a "business trip", to me. Especially if there are monster trucks involved. :coolcowboy:

Who built them?

I think a machine gun turret should be next on the mainship, that way the federal grant money can be spent on BEER:coolcowboy:

Good thing that guy in the kayak survived his brush with death, when he fell out of his canoe, 20 feet from shore, in 3ft of water on a party cloudy afternoon,, or else we would still be on the Texas Most dangerous lakes list! :evilb:

Yes sir, Wayne and company have some fine stuff in there. Nice fella too, I have gotten some really good cuts of meat from him over the years and recommend them to anyone looking for some of the best steaks you will ever eat. :drink:

LAKE CONROE RISING
Filed Mon, Jan 9, 2012 by Scott Engle
Local / Area News

At 9:30am the level at Lake Conroe was at 193.6 feet. Normal level is at 201.00 feet above sea level. Just since midnight that is an increase of almost 5 inches. Most of the heavy rain has moved out of the area, however runoff continues to be a problem. Ditches with leaves and limb debris is causing most of the issues with water backing up. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you up to date.

In the process now of going out and looking at some areas
