and the seal which was left outside last night just dropped right in
7 degrees this am and im working on a boat. I got issues

fast forward
after torquing the gp nut on the first gp rotor i checked runnout on the first rotor and shes at .002. Sweet!

here is a set back picture on the second gp nozzle
double wired
Jim explained that the reason was the bolt would actually snap and the stud would back right out from underneath.
this solved that.

the second gp nozzle only added .0005 run out yielding a total of .002.5

The upgrades and inspections are nearly complete.
One additional up grade was to enlarge the air intakes.

this shot is with the FOD Screen removed and the menthol fresh water rinse spray bar removed aswell

I stumbled on a illustration in the student work book that although very primitive really
shows the basic principle of the gas turbine.
