Ok here you go Install diffuser Install seal retainer

Install roller bearing Install three new crush seals

Carefully install bearing retainer Pinch plate assembly Take note on oil feed and return oil Holes match up Gently tighten the two flathead Screws

Install the cone and seal taking note On shims

The impeller bolts 160 in. Lbs. rear shaft 200 in. Lbs

Now install deflector and first gp nozzle

then install the louvered sealing disc

165 inch lbs on the 6 bolts Holding deflector
and gp nozzle
110 inch lbs on louvered sealing disc

when installing the two gp rotors
install them 180 degrees from the
compressor heavy marks

are still there from 2007

I have just entered the turbine and rudder boat world with my new boat T53 703s had a little experience previously with turbines but this is another level.
Love your thread might be very handy in the future if I need to do any work.

What's your thoughts on compressor wash distilled water and what solution?

yes distilled water is great idea as you know it will want to pull any minerals or deposits I have run 50 distilled and 50
value craft (autozone) washer fluid. It will add about a 100 horsepower boost you can actually watch your egts drop!
