Fuel consumption based on performance rating Knot-Right correct me if I have this wrong.
T53-703
Idel 22GPH each engine
75% = 1125hp 102GPH each engine
100% = 1800hp 144GPH each engine
3 x 400R = 1200hp will burn 105GPH
1 x Mecury 1305hp I think they consume around 120 GPH if not more.
But we are burning kerosene or off-road diesel at a lower cost than 91 octane gas.
Not that you buy a turbine boat and worry about fuel consumption but I thought this would be a good comparison.

The turbines are rated at a standard day ambient temperature of 59 degrees f . Anything above this ambient temperture one must not exceed the thermodynamics limits
of the engine.

the t53 has a built in torque measuring system so the pilot may accurately measure mechanical limits while in opertation
it is a basic dash mounted pressure gauge.
When i push my throttles forward my gauge easily exceeds 85 psi.
i have heard some guys have seen over 100

I was told they are 1.1 however they may be what u have. They were the spare race set for JBS Racings mystic.
I have a set of Forged Herrings 31.8 x 16.5 12 degree rake i am going to start with.
its a set i got from Dave scotts team years back.
I have accumulated several sets over the years. My boat loved for all around performance
16x35 mercurys at 16 degree rake with the 1.35 ratio in the sixes.
I want to try something low pitch for the maiden voyage. I was told i will need ventilators too. I was also told these Surface drives eat propellers
like popcorn.
I would love to know your transom angle and how far back your ball socket begins and how high it is off the running surface.
Welcome to the Turbine club!! Post anytime in here! although i think you had or were messing with some russian stuff years back.
Did you take yours apart and count teeth? or did you the here hold my beer and spin the shaft method.
