Hard to say what's happening in the drive videos there seems to be a lot of water coming down the tunnel and in the fly-by video the boat looks like its running really wet.
I supposed both of these could be because your not running at high speeds to get enough air down the tunnel at what speed did you do the drive videos?

With regards to excessive engine bay temps causing high EGTs could you not just crack the hatches for now to get more airflow?

Roostertail looks killer and I suppose that's only at partial load can't wait to see it at 100%

Videos look much better landscape especially in the cinema room on 150" screen!

Plenty of water from the tunnel when trimed in mid position.

A lot less when trimmed up but prop seems completely out the water and did the boat start to porpoise?

In the " Insane Cinematography" category, the Oscar goes to Gerry with the 46' Skater! Unreal my man. I love it. Good job! Now let's get it to cool down...you will.

KR - do you have a way of rigging a temp probe on your scoop to see if the exhaust gas is being sucked in?

If it is, can you get away with longer exhaust collars or are you looking at relocating the scoops to get into clean air?

Can you run the Skater with the hatches cracked a bit to dissipate heat or do they need to be latched for their own protection?

Still think you need to open up big time those 4 bilge exits to get the heat out without getting water ingestion from the prop spray. There has to be a way to do this.

Here is the failed attempt to seal off the intake Its 3/8 inch hi temp silicone. Going back to dedicated snorkels keeps out brake dust Aswell.

Speed was right around 100
boat always porpoise around 95

I'm sure that's the case once the speed increases and the tunnel packs some air the boat will generate lift and the tunnel spray/drag will reduce.
What % did you get to on the last run and was it not possible to just open the hatches to get more air in as a temporary measure?
