I have an Imco shorty and a Mercury pressure ...

I have an Imco shorty and a Mercury pressure regulator.

It dumps water at idle and runs around 30-32 PSI running.

I would love to drop the pressure to about 20 or less.

A 90 wt gear oil will have the same viscosity characteristics as a 40 wt motor oil at 210 F. A 40 wt motor oil vs a 140 gear lube, the 40 wt will be thinner.


Just talking viscosity here, nothing...
