not tryin to hijack the thread,...anybody runnin whiples on there 292.? Kind of a bolt on performance upgrade, rather than pulling motors and such, easily get better holeshot, mid ,and top end...

Yep agree with the "Majic Eraser" I spray vynal with Marine Spray Nine let soak then rub with the majic eraser, wash off then hit vynal with a conditioner. Bleach white, and other cleaners are good...

Alpha to Bravo swap

Correct about transome plates and 2 more holes, as far as "x" dimension A1 to B1 are the same. Bravo2 has longer "x" dim. Unless you have a tug boat don't waste your money.

Had a 1995 sr 271. 502 mpi, 60 was all she would do. Installed a blown 540 hit 78 on GPS, hit some nasty rollers little wrong damn near killed myself.

Hello, I did a 383 in my Sea Ray Pachanga 22 about 3 years ago. It made 453hp @ 5400; and started making torque @ around 2000(in the range of 420) cant recall exactly the peak #s was respectful #s.

SBC manifolds/ risers

Have 2 sets Merc manifolds w/ stock risers, and hardware. Came off my 06' 292. Asking $400.00 for everything, plus ride.

Slight gain in HP #'s. Lost good amount of Torque. What if you run the roller 1.5's. The rollers alone should free up some Hp, and TQ.
Maybe 10. Amazing how much TQ was lost on the low...

Yep, my motor looked exactly like the pics. Still have the original manifold, and a 2.3 liter " sidewinder " whipple- charger. (painted same color scheme). Great boat, got a hard-on one...
