No I’m doing a refi. with cash/out. When I built the house 4 mos ago and closed the appraisal was 235K.. I added a 20’x50’ x16’high garage 15K…a 150’ concrete driveway 20k, fence 4k sprinkler system 3.5k landscaping 6k..and the current appraisal is 210K WTF>>>>>>How can you put over 50k in upgrades and the value go down 25K?

You just got a chitty appraiser. The only way around it is to hire another one, it sucks, but if you want a different value, you just have to una$$ another $350. If you are doing a refi, the bank won't let you just hire an appraiser, you have to pay them again to have it appraised by someone else. I personally like Duke Coon at 936-760-2870.

Ok, guys,, due to massive hangovers, and the threat of bad weather I stayed here,, so I spent the afternoon and night at the San luis hotel pool,, Its a good time,, so if the weather holds out,, you guys who didnt go to destin are all welcome to come and get drunk with a bunch of rich chicks,, by a kick ass pool , with a water slide,, a grotto, and two or three hot tubs, I'll be there all day tomorrow,, so give me a call if you guys want to come down. :party-smiley-020:
