Ya, sweet old school sut. I called on it a month ago on the way back from Tahoe. If I had an extra $40000 to fix it right , I would probably buy it.

txlefty 10-05-2007 10:49 AM

Close enough. He still has to hot wire the trim rams this morning and finish pumping out the tank.

Thanks for your help last night, it kept us from killing ourselves.

I just love it when you hire somebody to do something and then you have to go do it yourself and bring someone to help anyway.

Friday Funny

>Girls' Night Out 101>
Why females should avoid a girls' night after they are married:>>
The other night I was invited out for a night with "the girls." Itold
>> my husband that I would be home by midnight, "I promise!" Well,
>> the hours passed and the margaritas went down way too easy.
>> Around 3 a.m., a bit loaded, I headed for home. Just as I got inthe
> door, the cuckoo clock in the hall started up and cuckooed 3 times.
>> Quickly, realizing my husband would probably wake up, I cuckooed
>> another 9 times. I was really proud of myself for coming up withsuch
>> a quick-witted solution (even when totally smashed), in order toescape
>> a possible conflict with him.
>> The next morning my husband asked me what time I got in, and I told
>> him "Midnight". He didn't seem pissed off at all. Whew! Got awaywith
>> that one! Then he said, "We need a new cuckoo clock."
>> When I asked him why, he said, "Well, last night our clock cuckooed
>> three times, then said, "Oh ****.", cuckooed 4 more times, clearedit's
>> throat, cuckooed another 3 times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and
>> then tripped over the coffee table and farted."

Works for Men too is you are bigandy, lefty, or joew.

Tell him we will pay all of the late fees on his slip rental if he will just give us the title.

If that doesn't work, we will send Moose and Rocco to help the judge find his checkbook.

txlefty 10-05-2007 11:53 AM

Would anyone be interested in going halfs on a 45' covered slip with a hydro lift, and shore power at Inland for $110.00 a month? Use it whenever!

We use a shed at Club 105. Good for working on the boat and enough room to do stuff on the car as well.

Yeah, but what about those weekends when you just don't want to put the boat up becasue you want to use it the next day. Wouldn't it be nice to just back it into the slip and have it ready for the next day. Or sleep on the boat in the quiet, tranquil surroundings of Inland Marina.

:D

Good luck selling those. Even the Sheik of Pahrisi is too smart for that.

how do you do halfs on a boat slip? you use it 6 months, the other guys uses it the other 6 months? Or you both buy 20' boats and use it together, and chop the hydro lift in half?

Am I missing something here?
