Instead of the phrase "made way more low balls"

The phrase should read "CLOSED more low balls"

tiny difference:party-smiley-004:

I assume you are talking about the 35 fountain. I say 41k with the trailer and a survey. It is a good number that is not insulting. I wouldn't pay much more then that, but thats me. Jeff would trade him a ryno, golf cart, 16.5 big blocks and a v6 camero:evilb:

Unfortunatly the Myco is not included, at least in the add. It seems like the trailer for the boat. I will ask if i can include that too or if its available and submit that offer. If not then what 35K to 38K?

Or I could just leave it on the trailer and never use it. That is another way of making sure they stay running.

You might want to hurry because I think there is a thread on that boat all ready and I thought I read someone was all ready picking it up.

jeff1000man 06-16-2009 01:04 PM

Just got back from meeting at Del Lago and the shore powers are working on the big dock and they won't be charging us for the overnight so you guys can put in the night before. Probably not a good idea to buy the fuel.

jeff1000man 06-16-2009 01:06 PM

mba, I would think that this would be a better deal??

I'll let you borrow my trailer to go get it.

Can the Mainship stay in one of the slips?

Thats the same boat. Read the thread and you will see where I posted to Bajaman to go take a look at it for me.

What do you think about what Joe said to offer. I have a call into the sales guy. I am trying to work on the offer with the trailer.

I need to take a measuring tape over there and see if it will fit. If not, I have arranged for the houseboat slips to be available also. The only issue is the walk from the slips to the towwer, so I am trying to get us a golf cart. Otherwise, I might need to take mine over there for that.

You and Wayne might have to move over to those slips. I will know after I go over there next time.

I think they are 15', but I am not positive yet. They do have 2 30amp power plugs for each slip though, and I have requested that they be washed down and sprayed for spiders. We will see if that happens.:grinser010:

jeff1000man 06-16-2009 01:26 PM

Are you talking about a 35' boat here or a 42' boat??

There are 2 boats on that thread??

You can borrow my trailer if you need it though once TMR gets finished with it.

What are they going to do with a trailer? I think there is something to that with the repo sites. They repo the boat and don't tell the bank about the trailer and keep the cash on the trailer. I do not know that for sure but there is something fishy. Tell them you can make a seperate offer on the trailer if it helps. I personally don't think 50hrs is realistic for a 9 yr old boat.

My boat has been out more than all of yours combined, so I do not see any reasoning in your statement. But on the other hand I guess nothing that comes out of your mouth does.:evilb:

I was thinking that too. The boat is sitting on the trailer but not included in the bid. I think you are right. I am waiting on the call back right now before I submit my bid.

Actually I think we are tied this year since neither of us have taken a boat to an event. And The Magnum made all of the events last year, I am sure that you didn't.

I think they submit the bids today, so you better hurry. Otherwise it will probably be gone tomorrow.

I bet they got more than 1 lowballer in the crowd today on that boat.

I just dont want a 42. I have only owned 35's and that is what I like. They came down on the price of that 42 from Adams Imports again. Its now priced at 99K. Cig prices are coming down too

Bid what you think the boat is worth to you. If you don't get it, oh well. If you do, great you've got a kick a$$ boat that you feel is worth what you paid. If you low ball it, you will wish you bid a little more when someone else drives off with it.

Just my $.02

That second boat looks like a nice boat. THat first one has issue, THere is a thread out there on it somewhere. It came from liquidators and sold very quickly to a guy that is trying to flip it, but some of the guys here on the website looked at it and said that it was in pretty bad shape.

Correct me if I am wrong, but i thought youd did that with most of the boats you have sold.....

I have the title to my trailer, and the bank has a lien on the boat only. It was the same way with my last three boats and skies.

On a side note with repos. I spoke with a very good car guy yesterday that is putting a deal together to buy 32mill worth of bad car loans for 2 million.....If they get 20% of the cars repoed they break even. The other 80% is gravy....

Well Cameron, You must be a natural,, cause you made the perfect first move, lol what you do it,, get jeff, big andy and the others interested,, they will call for the next two weeks low balling the owners,, thenn you show up cash in hand, (exactly five dollars more than their last low ball), then just be real nice,, tell them the boat is beautiful,, keep drinking,,(because you cant close a joew. deal with out being wastedd!), and as soons as he hangs up the phone with one of the conroe guys bidding five dollars more than your last bid,, put your money on the table yell out some sentence fragments,, shake his hand,, and tell him if he doesnt sell it, he takes it in the can. :evilb: the boat will be pretty much yours. :coolcowboy:
