That is my mother's property. It is currently under lease for 1 month and has a contract to purchase so I am guessing she won't be leasing it out anymore. I would look at the place next to jeff's house. It is somewhat protected so the water is not as rough. :drink:

I recently asked my friend's little girl what she wanted to be when she
