No aerators on mine but remember I have 1.19 reduction so my prop torque will be greater than yours if you're at 1-1 did you ever check your reduction to see if that's what they are If so you might need them but it all depends on what props you run.
I am 16.5 x 38 at present
My boat weighed in at 6700kgs with two full tanks of fuel, haven't run it up yet still tinkering with cameras, new batteries, and a few cosmetics as well as going over to a fully digital dash with a gateway to convert Racepak VNET to NMEA2000.

She's in the UK at present and heading to Florida next year that will be the first time I will get a chance to get her wet.
Were I am in the UK there are no good boating areas and the roads are to narrow to transport a boat like this on a regulars basis not to mention all the do-gooders that have imposed a 5mph speed limit on all the lakes and waterways YES that right even in the Lake District were Donald Campbell broke the water speed record they have killed boating off!

Let see if this works this was the boat last year.

yes i think thats the ticket. I did look into removing material from flange however the socket allens holding it up are recessed not allowing much material off.

WOW, 999Jay what a fantastic looking boat. I believe you boat spent some time in Connecticut a few years back. Been working with Knot Right on the BPM project. We did a test to determine his gear ratio and came up with +- 1.25:1 under-driven. Next time, probably this weekend we will test again with a stationary pointer and a degree wheel and then calculate it more precisely. Also I see you are spinning your wheels "in". The Skater with the number 6 drives ran best spinning out and that is how she is currently set up. Might you have any thoughts on rotation?
