500 merc parts

I didn't take any pic's of the install sorry guys I had twin small blocks in it boat rode and handle much better top speed was 74 to 76 running 4 blade 24's. could get more with prop tuning but...

if you do redo the transom rise the x dim up 2.5 inches i did it on mine and wow did it make a huge difference in ride and handling and speed . you will have to go to a four blade prop though

What prop are you running three blade or four blade We raised my engines and drives up 2 1/2 inches and my boat handles so much better now it will not plane off with three blades any more iam...
