You bunch of damn investment tycoons. Who buys a house just for the lot?? :D

Thank you all for your individual perspectives on the house situation. :snide: However, I love old houses in the Heights -- they actually have character, unlike the suburban counterparts. I hate to burst some of your bubbles, but most houses built in the early 1900's that have been maintained are quite structurally sound and REAL wood was actually put in them. Just come drive around the Heights and take a good look.
I'd rather fix pier and beam leveling problems than a concrete slab with foundation problems. :eureka: So, thank you all for your warm wishes! I will live perfectly happy in our "falling down," inner-city, unlevel piece of s*it! :D |

Don't know -- I'm having my feet operated on tomorrow and will be down a good week. But, next time I come I'll bring some good homemade cookies for your enjoyment.

I would also make him get a second job, does he really need 2 days off a week? Since he won't have his boat anymore it will give him more income to purchase you a bigger ring. Don't forget the ring should be atleast 2 months salary. I would make him step up too 6 months. :frog: :frog: :frog: |
Glad I could stir the pot this morning!

If i were you. I would make By U Boy sell his boat & Truck. Use the money to put down on a bigger house in the Heights:cool: He has a long commute. He could get himself a nice Ford Focus to drive to work. It would be better on gas MPG.
